In an intimate Victorian inspired space, it features dramatic arched ceilings and lush velvet textiles. Intimate space, delicious and decadent cocktails, the staff are amazing, the vibe is very much like having superb cocktails and snacks made by your friends at their intimate dinner party. Best kept secret in Toronto.

We wanted to have a cozy but classy venue for our long overdue girls night out and Bar Avelo perfectly fit what we had in mind. Service was impeccable from being welcomed upon entering, to being seated and served at our table to getting drinks at the bar. We had planned on just getting drinks and appetizers and then heading out on the town, but the food and the drinks (both of which our servers were incredibly knowledgeable about!) and the overall ambience was just too good to leave, so we stayed and enjoyed every bit of our stay at Bar Avelo. Grazie!

Our first night out in Toronto. Excellent service, ambience and exceptional food. Our server Eden was a pleasure. We will be back.

We had a wonderful night dining at Azura. We had the blind taste tasting menu and absolutely love the food, but above and beyond the food with the service. Scott, our server was excellent, so accommodating and kind and knowledgeable. The hostess made us handmade birthday cards to celebrate our special event and at the end of the evening our dessert came with candles, and Scott ran out and took a Polaroid of us for us to remember the evening by. I can’t remember being this impressed with any restaurant in Toronto, what a wonderful place to go for a celebration!
