Wendy the bartender was so nice and she went out of her way to make sure we got seated outside over looking the lake along with waiting on us for dinner. Thank You, Wendy

Beautiful location watching the sun set over Bass Lake. Fabulous service with good food and very generous portions. Burgers were great and salad upgrade was tasty. Good value too.

The person that was our server is in the wrong business. She was horrible complaining to us that she didn’t want to be there. The food was good. We sat outside, was pleasant. It was a bit too loud, the boat dock has a big speaker playing very loud music with the outdoor bar right next to it had a person playing guitar and singing.

I had a power bowl with blackened shrimp. It was delicious and a huge serving. My husbaand had a turkey sandwich and he said it was actually cooked turkey and not deli meat. Bread pudding was scrumptious. Drinks were perfect and the service was excellent!

The online info. for the event did not match the open table info. when I made our reservation, so it was a little confusing.Please keep in mind for when you prepare for this event next year! It was at the Lake View room NOT the Bar and Grill.

Great event! We drove from Fresno, for Mother's day brunch. Food was delicious and great options. We had reservation, but they were able to take us early. The ambiance was perfect. Elegance meets rustic, Mountains. The big bay windows gave views to the mountains and lake. They had a photo booth that was super fun and you could send yourself all the photos/videos. They had complimentary, making flower bouquets. My 8 year old put them together for myself, and her two grandmas that were with us. And there also happened to be a craft Fair outside as well. We would do it again!

The Advertised Mother’s Day brunch was completely misleading. There was no lake front view. The food was not only mediocre but most of the hot dishes were cold. They had the audacity of charging a 20% “service fee” on top of the bill, for a self service buffet. This is not something I would ever do again and this experience discourages me from ever attending any such events at this hotel. I would highly advise the staff there to be more transparent when hosting these types of seasonal events.

We did the Thanksgiving dinner here. It was not held on the lake as advertised. It is a buffet but most of the food was cold, including the turkey that had just been brought out. Service was fine. I would not recommend their thanksgiving special dinner in the future. Way over priced for the quality of the meal.

Breakfast was great. We ordered chilaquiles, Blueberry and lemon pancakes, and the vegetarian omelet.

No problem with reservation even when I had to change the date. Service was excellent with the exception of bar drinks taking too long to be delivered. Food was very good and was delivered in a timely manner. Overall, excellent.
