It’s was wonderful. The waiter was awesome and sooo nice. Everyone was accommodating. The chef was around making we were all good. We will be back.

Repeat diner at this relatively new restaurant. The Charcuterie starter is a must have to start meal. Cocktail menu is diverse and inviting. All of the entrees are spot on delicious, especially the Salmon. Burgers, salads, meats, seafood, pasta and vegetarian dishes to choose from. If you like Blackbird or Bluebird, Bar Americano will make you happy too!

An amazing dining experience with attentive service by Erin and staff starting with hostess. Being served our meals by the chef was an extra special bonus. Thank you Bar Americano for an enjoyable evening. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

My friend and i made reservations but because the happy hr was until 7 pm which is a rare find nowadays we sat at the bar, Martino was so hospitable & we received great service. Food was very good, there’s a variety for vegetarians also, service was excellent, ice cream with expresso, WOW!! music PERFECT!! Thanks to Martino & staff for making it a great 1st experience, we’ll be back

This newcomer in Bellmore was a delight to experience. The interior has a modern aesthetic with a great mix of music playing in the background. You will appreciate the drink selection and wine offerings. The charcuterie board is a "must" experience as you can select the meats and cheeses for your consumption. The wait staff is attentive and the chef actually delivered our meals to us. Desserts are big, so one will meet a couple's need. The menu fare is American and has a something for everyone; the roast chicken was moist and tasty and the collard green accompaniment was a clever addition. The salmon was fantastic as the mustard coating was piquant and the fish cooked perfectly. Fingerling potatoes come with both dishes: yum! This restaurant probably will become a "go to" for the Bellmore-Merrick dining cognoscenti.

This is a great relatively new place in Bellmore. The staff is super friendly, the cocktails are perfect and the food is outstanding. Definitely check this place out.

We were a party of 4 and had the charcuterie board for four. The cheeses and meats were delicious as were the olives, pickles, bread, honey, and walnuts. It was a great choice. I had the salmon which was cooked to perfection! The other people enjoyed the braised short ribs and the steak sandwich. Great meal!

We were at this place on a quiet Thursday night...rainy, and only 1 other table at prime dinner time. Not being familiar with the area, I don't know how common that is. Food was decent; my only negative was that I ordered the Sea Scallops entree, and while it was good, had only 3 scallops on the plate. Seems kind of skimpy for the $27 price tag. Overall, a decent neighborhood spot.
