A local favourite in the heart of Singapore’s Club Street area, Bar A Thym brings southern French cuisine to the forefront in a stylish location on Gemmill Lane. In addition to an array of pre-arranged dishes, diners are also welcome to let chef Mermilliod design their dish omakase-style, not knowing what’s in store for them (except that it’s going to be delicious). What a fantastic tasting menu and wine pairings. You let the chef know how much you want to spend, and he builds the dinner around it.

Everything was excellent. Francois was amazing despite being rushed off his feet. Food, wine, atmosphere all superb. Defo going back after lockdown!
