(ONE AND A HALF HOUR TIME LIMIT)

Bao Brewhouse is a multi-concept restaurant, the first floor is known as the Tap Room, in which you will find service via QR codes, WALK-IN'S ONLY, Chinese street food inspired fare and a local rotating draft list.
The second floor is known as our Tea Room, there you will find a more traditional dining experience with a twist. The Tea Room menu and ambiance lend to more curated and intimate affair, with a vast tea selection ranging from herbal to puer, a thoughtfully selected wine list with a tea-centric cocktail program to satisfy even the most adventurous of palates. The Tea room has a DJ every Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday giving the room a not-so-stuffy feeling.

**Please note** Bao Brewhouse holds two separate flights of stairs to enter each of the two dining rooms. The building does NOT have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Overall experience was good! The busers were a bit jumpy to pounce whenever they saw a dirty dish. Also while checking in with the host, we did not receive the outdoor table that we had set a reservation for because "there wasn't any" but there was indeed one open, instead he pointed to the corner and said sit anywhere. He seemed more interested in flirting and fanning off the female on the expo station.

Very nice aesthetic. Food was delicious, however it came out extremely late. Servers at the bar Ryle & Wolf made the time dining there fun and worth it.

Great food and service!! Particularly impressed with our waitress. We were celebrating a birthday so she brought the table shots, but proactively brought one of our girls a non alcoholic shot because she wasn’t drinking! So considerate and inclusive :)

Horrible service, host was incredibly rude. Food was good, but for the cost and the service we received, definitely won't return.

I have reserved to try the all you can eat dumpling experience and they ran out of the room and i was told i cant be upstairs and have the all you can eat dumpling experience, had sit down stairs and the experience wasn't that great

Walked in with no expectations and was blown away. From the friendly staff, the amazing food and the delicious cocktail. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Poor service and frustrating experience. Our main dishes were super delayed in coming out… over an hour after we ordered, I had to ask about them to just get an update… then, after an hour and half when we finally got them, the manager came to our table and explained to us that we should have expected a longer wait time, and then lectured our table about how kitchen operations work - super rude. 1. no one gave us a heads up about needing over an hour to bring out our steak and grilled octopus dishes. We had to ask. 2. We had already paid and needed to leave and that’s when the manager decided she’d take the time to lecture our table about kitchen ops. 3. Over 2hours, Our server never refilled waters or gave us updates on food unless we asked. We ordered about $500 worth of food and drinks and paid a $120 gratuity for crappy service. So unfortunate as this used to be our go-to spot before ball arena events.
