Named for the iconic championship team banners raised into the rafters throughout history, Banners Kitchen & Tap is located in the thick of Boston sports, on the former site of the Boston Garden, adjacent to the TD Garden and North Station at The Hub on Causeway.

Banners Kitchen & Tap is an immersive restaurant and bar featuring upscale tavern cuisine as well as classic game-day menu staples, healthy alternatives, a children’s menu, and many other unique offerings for lunch & dinner

Come experience Octoberfest at Banners Kitchen and Tap as come vote on your favorite Fest Biers of the season from some of your favorite breweries. Some of the finest breweries will be on site with complimentary samplings include, Spaten, Jack's Abby, Downeast, Paulaner & Shipyard. Chef Andrew is putting together some authentic German Hors d'Oeuvres and of course we will have stein hoisting, music and other activations throughout the day. Our server took our order and then disappeared. 2 of the 3 entrees were brought out within 15 mins. About 45 mins after we ordered, and after searching for our server 4 separate times starting after the first 2 meals arrived, we got our drinks. The 3rd meal was brought out 30 mins after the other 2 with the excuse that it takes longer for a gluten free protocol (turkey club sandwich and fries took 45 mins). We were offered a manager by another server who overheard the long wait times, but the manager never came to our table. It was the worst restaurant service we’ve ever experienced.

Really great location for a quick drink or meet up before a show at TD Garden. The food is pretty bad and really slopped together, but I’m assuming that’s the case of busy show nights. Otherwise, the drinks were good and the service was great.

Server wrote nothing down. Asked for my burger with no jam or bacon and cooked M/R. Burger came WITH jam and bacon and was well done. He also said the falafel was VEGAN and it wasn’t and my wife got quite sick. Get it together.

The food was good, not great but good enough and as expected. What was truly bad was the timing of the food to our table. There were two adults and one child. One adult meal and the child’s meal came out together however, we waited another 10 minutes for the final adult meal to arrive. The waiter was apologetic but nothing more than that. No offer to re-fire the two other meals so that we could all eat together, no offer to comp the delayed meal, no explanation of why it was delayed. Please know that the restaurant was nearly empty at the time so it was not due to them being overly busy. I completely understand and appreciate things do not always go as planned but recovery in those situations is key and there was none.

Great ambiance and pre-concert meal. Wish our waiter would have come around more often to check in and see if we needed anything. Felt like we were chasing him down a couple times to order/get the check. Probably just an off night for him!

Service was very disjointed and slow. Main meals came out finally when we needed to leave for concert. It’s convenient but not the best. If you like buffalo chicken dip, skip it here. Margarita flatbread pretty good but could have been cooked a little more. Put non-alcoholic drinks on the physical menu, don’t make people have to go look for it.
