Beautiful decor and setting, ambiance was great, great location too. The service was very good! However, it was the food that let us down, it wasn’t great and felt it wasn’t very good value for money. Such a shame as everything else was great!!

The service was terrible both at the table and at the bar. The place wasn’t even busy but they still couldn’t get it right.

Setting was lovely by the canal, but table with sun shining was too hot, so we moved to another table. I needed to use the disabled toilet but the handle on the outside of door is broken ( found it difficult to use/open door ) also the Long/full flush on toilet was broken which was also difficult to use.. this is my second visit to this restaurant within a month and it was the same previous( hoping it would have been rectified or fixed.

Choice of food was great and suited the three of us (each with different tastes) very well. Service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly and attentive. We were seeing off a friend on her return to America and it did the job beautifully.

Amazing experience all round. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere - everything was on point. Staff went over and above with a special request I made. Easily a new fave restaurant of mine and I look forward to returning.
