We wanted to move table as was next to a loud group of girls and was told none available and as only the 2 of us we couldn’t use table for 4 We’ve been many times and have been given large table for the 2 of us Manager couldn’t be bothered Will be a long time before going back

I treated my daughters to the bottomless brunch before they go travelling. As a result I upgraded to the premium drinks package at a total of £60 per person. Whereas the food is excellent, unfortunately the service was very slow and in 90 minutes, we were only offered 4 drinks. We managed to get a final 5th drink but only by flagging down waiters and after our allotted 90 minutes. Having been previously when service was much faster and with more staff available, we had a much better experience and more drinks.

The food is good as always but your staff are not very friendly or approachable. Front of house one member of staff who welcomed us and showed us to our seats was not very welcoming you was made to feel like an unwelcome guess in her house. I also think you should remove the tip included in bill and not made to ask to remove it which can be very uncomfortable for guess.
