The reception was so warm and welcoming. A beautiful cocktail prepared by Amazing staff in a lovely area to start your evening off. Then walking through to a very ambient and vibrant setting with lots of energy and delicious smells. The service was absolutely outstanding attentive to every single detail very engaging and very on point. The food was absolutely delicious freshly prepared and very well orchestrated within the menu design. The drinks were just perfect, and the desert was fantastic Amazing!

A great choice for a lovely Thursday evening in Birmingham. Ribeye cut with miso butter was superb. Satisfying side portion of broccoli stems and chips, accompanied by a glass of malbec. Definitely coming back to try the rest of this enticing menu… Great job!

Worst experience ever at The Bank due to a rude waitress. No idea why she was this way but it started when the food arrived and there wasn’t enough room on the table. I asked if we could have a larger table as literally there was no room for our plates. She said she didn’t think we could - even though the establishment was nearly empty. She did find us a table and it appeared to be grudgingly, so fine. I then needed extra cutlery to serve as we were sharing the Bottomless Brunch. She questioned me why and told me I didn’t need additional cutlery!! I insisted I did and again, grudgingly gave me extra cutlery. My friend wanted a soft drink instead of alcoholic drinks and this is where it got really surreal. The price is £45.00 per person, but we paid an extra £15.00 to upgrade to the Premium drinks. This waitress wanted to charge extra for a soft drink!! I disputed this as not everyone wants to drink copious amounts of alcohol - my friend had 1 cocktail by this point. The waitress told me Bottomless Brunch is alcoholic drinks only - so when I asked where it said that, she pointed to the menu and the words Bottomless Brunch!! Again, I said it didn’t say alcoholic drinks only and it was discriminatory against people who don’t like alcohol or can’t drink alcohol for whatever reason, meaning they’re excluded from the experience. At this point, she shrugged her shoulders, said ‘okay’ and walked off!! To be fair, she wasn’t always rude - but her attitude ruined the experience and for the first time ever, I declined the Service Charge as she didn’t deserve it. I did complain to one of the other staff member who’s fabulous - Victoria who said she’d look into and deal with the issue, which was nice. I will return as this was the first and hopefully the last time I’ll receive bad service.

We wanted to move table as was next to a loud group of girls and was told none available and as only the 2 of us we couldn’t use table for 4 We’ve been many times and have been given large table for the 2 of us Manager couldn’t be bothered Will be a long time before going back

I treated my daughters to the bottomless brunch before they go travelling. As a result I upgraded to the premium drinks package at a total of £60 per person. Whereas the food is excellent, unfortunately the service was very slow and in 90 minutes, we were only offered 4 drinks. We managed to get a final 5th drink but only by flagging down waiters and after our allotted 90 minutes. Having been previously when service was much faster and with more staff available, we had a much better experience and more drinks.
