The BANG menu is crafted to unite people, drawing influence from Asian flavours to redefine Thai street food. Seasonally driven with sustainable ingredients on show, the menu is a sophisticated fusion of culture and gastronomy, where traditional Thai recipes are transformed using produce sourced from Melbourne and Victoria.

Executive Chef, Justin Dingle-Garcyyia's extensive travels and culinary influences have brought him back to his native Melbourne, where he has infused his international expertise into the flavours, alongside championing sustainability and locality, forging close relationships of Victoria’s vast array of growers and producers.

The best night! Staff are fun, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food is delicious, so much flavour and substance without being pretentious or OTT. Cocktails to boot!

We shared a few dishes among 4 of us which were all amazing and large portions. Can’t speak more highly of the quality of the food and the service from the staff. A new favourite

Room is delightful, large table and can talk. Waitress excellent. Food outstanding. Chef came out.

Fantastic dining experience, worth a visit! We wanted to try everything in the menu but decided for some different dishes to share. Soo tasty! Friendly and serviceminded staff made the visit even better. I definitely recommend this place. Perfect for a date night or for a group of friends.

We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s birthday at Bang at the StandardX. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff made the night feel so special with their friendly service and thoughtful touches. The atmosphere was warm and lively. We’ll definitely be back!
