Bang Bang Tempe is a second location to it’s sister venue in San Diego. Our goal at Bang Bang is to provide an unforgettable dining experience that engages all of your senses. Our Asian fusion cuisine features a delectable range of fresh sushi and warm, flavorful dishes that will satisfy your tastebuds. To complement the culinary journey, live DJs play during dinner hours to transform the ambiance and set the perfect backdrop for a truly ecstatic experience. During the weekends, we encourage our guests to stay with us after dinner and enjoy our nightclub as well.

Food was pretty good and especially the service. Server Isabella did amazing job for the food and the drinks.

We showed up for our reservation and there was no host/hostess. We stood around for about 10 minutes and decided to leave.

Waited way too long for are food! Even the appetizers took forever. I would not go back!!!

We waited for over 2 hours and still missed out on two of our plates because the kitchen was backed up. They gave us a complimentary drink but we were over that and needed food. Also our waiter only came to our table 4 times out of the 2 hour wait. We ended up just eating edamame and chicken fried rice which was delicious, but never had our sushi brought out and we were not planning on waiting any longer. That was with a reservation…

Waited over two hours for our dinner, was only offered water one time, and had to wait to be sat for 20-minutes even though we had a reservation and many tables were available. We were so excited to check out this place and left very frustrated and disappointed.

There was only one server & one bartender. They were doing the best they could but we waited over 30 minutes for drinks & appetizers. Server advised us food would probably take an hour, so we left. Cool vibe but our experience was not the best.

Overall not what we were expecting. Table we sat at wasn’t steady and the actual restaurant seating wasn’t even being used.

Very "hip" and trendy place, younger crowd. We were one of maybe a handful of tables but had to wait 15 minuted before our drink order was taken (we actually were discussing leaving when our waiter showed up). Food was "OK" nothing really to go back for. Rolls were a little bland, sashimi seemed fresh. I did enjoy the unique presentation of the sashito peppers ! None of the food came with ginger and wasabi (we were told that not everyone wants it so they only provide it on request... of course when we requested it took 10 minutes to be delivered, by which time we were a third way through the food... We were sort of made to feel that we were 'unusual' in asking for it - I don't think I've ever had sushi that didn't automatically come with ginger - but anyways). So, sure, I'd eat here again but would have moderate expectations on food quality and service - go for the cool, trendy atmosphere.

It was overall okay . It would not be a place I would want to visit again . The building was very warm . The service was nice and very fast . However the food was mid .
