Bang Bang Tempe is a second location to it’s sister venue in San Diego. Our goal at Bang Bang is to provide an unforgettable dining experience that engages all of your senses. Our Asian fusion cuisine features a delectable range of fresh sushi and warm, flavorful dishes that will satisfy your tastebuds. To complement the culinary journey, live DJs play during dinner hours to transform the ambiance and set the perfect backdrop for a truly ecstatic experience. Very "hip" and trendy place, younger crowd. We were one of maybe a handful of tables but had to wait 15 minuted before our drink order was taken (we actually were discussing leaving when our waiter showed up). Food was "OK" nothing really to go back for. Rolls were a little bland, sashimi seemed fresh. I did enjoy the unique presentation of the sashito peppers ! None of the food came with ginger and wasabi (we were told that not everyone wants it so they only provide it on request... of course when we requested it took 10 minutes to be delivered, by which time we were a third way through the food... We were sort of made to feel that we were 'unusual' in asking for it - I don't think I've ever had sushi that didn't automatically come with ginger - but anyways). So, sure, I'd eat here again but would have moderate expectations on food quality and service - go for the cool, trendy atmosphere.

It was overall okay . It would not be a place I would want to visit again . The building was very warm . The service was nice and very fast . However the food was mid .

We ordered the calamari and it was old, the bread crumbs were dry and falling off. Servers were courteous and friendly.

Looked good online but we will never go back ! Waitress never came to see how we were doing , the sushi was mid , and the chicken fried rice tasted so nasty ! The chicken was so nasty tasted very chewy no flavor what’s so ever ! Not worth the money plus with the gratitude for what if the waitress was so bad never again thank you.

Great experience!! Would recommend! Nice vibe and good fried sushi with mixed crab meat on top.

The food was amazing! Ambiance was amazing! They pit the UFC fight on as well which was cool! Very overpriced sushi. Quality was great though. Drinks were great as well. The food took forever to come out though. We ended up walking out because they took so long giving us our last miso soup and calamari. I don't understand how they handed me only one miso soup and the other miso soup was never brought out even after telling them and paid for the meal. We never got it. They just kept telling us to wait and that it was on the way. I thought it was a cool place though. Very spacious. Just needs to brush up some things and it will be a five star experience.

Great decor and atmosphere. Service was slower but they were training new employees. Was a bit pricey but rolls and drinks were good!

Loved this place the setting and decor is awesome! The Women's bathroom was awesome! The waitress was so sweet and attentive. We will be back!
