   From the moment when we walked in we felt welcomed ! The atmosphere at Baltic Pearl is so cosy and inviting, perfect for a special evening out. The food and service was absolutely outstanding, the dishes was cooked to perfection and the flavours was incredibly fresh and balanced. The unlimited salad and deserts was amazing quality and great options. We will definitely be back. Thank you for lovely hospitality ❤️

   Nice enough meal just not quite as delicious as we remember from the previous times we’ve been. We liked the help yourself starter buffet, this was very fresh & tasty with a very good selection. There was also a help yourself desert cabinet which was nice. Service was a bit slow but I think some staff were new & they were courteous & apologetic.

   Great service, helpful and friendly staff. We loved cozy interior decor and ambience especially. The place is definitely suited for a date and any occasion to be honest. The variaty of salads and dessert from buffet bar was really impressive. The portions from the menu are really good value for money. It's tasty and fresh. Overall just great restaurant to suit anyone's needs.

   This was a nice Valentin's date with my wife in this lovely restaurant. The mood was little bit dark firstly, but the light above the table was bright. Negative, we didn't find coat hanger next to our seats. We loved the conception, starter and desserts all you can eat, the main course and drinks are payable. We tried baltic cousin, that is close to the central european, mine meal was a bit sweeter. The staff was very friendly. My opinion, we will be back.

   Unfortunately my experience was not I’m expected, we been in Baltic Perl 2 years ago (was tasty food), but now I give you just 1 star for food: limited choice, very simple food. Me and my partner ordered Shashlik and Jurmala chicken with chips, meat was cold and hard to chew. Kids had chicken nuggets with chips, nuggets looks very poor( white colour) , kids doesn’t eat unfortunately. Unfortunately not recommended this place

   Very big improvement after reopening, fresh food, big portions, delicious deserts. Definitely recommend to everyone.

   Cosy, calm place. Great value for price. Considering small niche restaurant takes, is great to have and try.

   Service was very slow ,was waiting for food very long I would suggest to get more waitresses, and numerate tables properly so there is no mix up with tables And orders Also maybe where food been served out to make like open leach so waitress don’t need walk all around bar And maybe instal another till so there is no long queue

    Had a table booked for 8pm got there just before allotted time to be told that there was a 20 minute wait for our table. no waiting area. Couldn't even get a drink whilst we waited. Got to our table at 8.15. Was then told that we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. Long queue at the bar. Waited for 15 minutes. Completely ignored by staff behind the bar. Complained to Maitre De and waitress. 15 minutes later our drinks arrived at our table. Then had to stand at the bar again to order our main meal and pay our bill even though we hadn't we were expecting to have more drinks added to our bill. We ordered a Goulash and a Stroganoff. Nearly an hour later the food had not been served and we decided to leave. I asked for my money back. This was given with some protest and a lot of apologies. The system that they are using just doesn't work. I spent a lot of time away from my table and, therefore my girlfriend. Not ideal on Valentine's day. Some of the staff need urgent lessons in customer service and some are very good. I had eaten here many times before and not had a problem at all. Very, very disappointed.
