Dined during an exceptionally hot and sunny day where Beltaire hosts a pre-fix Sunday Brunch. The restaurant is beautiful and loved the live DJ to create a perfect listening uplifted experience during brunch. The food was tasty, loved the seafood tower, and I will pass on the lobster omlette on a future visit. Drinks were refreshing! Overall, very pricey, but will plan to dine again!

Greg, our server was outstanding. True customer service is a lost art, but not with him. My entire family enjoyed every aspect of our experience at Baltaire

We were 6 people at lunch going for my parent's 65th Anniversary. They are in their 90s and my mom is in in a wheelchair. I wrote them this when I made the reservation. When we got there, it was 100 degrees outside and they offered us a choice of a roomy table where my mother's wheelchair would fit but there was no air conditioning OR a cramped table where we couldn't fit. The cool side was filled with other people having a great lunch. We were offered the boiling hot empty side. It took so much effort to get my parent's and family to the restaurant we couldn't leave so we sat at the hot table and we were miserable, We were sweating and my mom almost fainted. The service was fine. The waiter did his best. They even offered my parents some nice complimentary dessert tray to celebrate the anniversary. But I think they should have saved us a table with enough room for a wheel chair and all our guests in the air conditioned part of the restaurant. I can't blame them for the weather. But we spent over six hundred dollars on an uncomfortable lunch that didn't live up to the standards of Baltaire or my parent's special occasion.

What a delightful lunch we had. The “sunroom” is a beautiful place to sit. Our server Jack H. was perfectly attentive without hovering over our table. Great wine list! Salmon Crispy Rice amazing. French Fries a MUST! I had the Lobster Cobb Salad and my wife had the Salmon Rice Bowl and both were absolutely delicious. Our first time experience was so great we made a new reservation for dinner. Can’t wait!

Food quality is not in line with the prices being charged. Crab cake is marketed as jumbo lump, but maybe 1/4th is jumbo lump and rest is filler/claw meat. For $30.00 not worth it. Chilean sea bass portion was pathetic for $60.00. Didn't taste fresh & they subbed broccolini for bokchoy without notification. Lobster risotto was gross. Partner didn't eat it and they didn't ask if anything was wrong. Ambience of restaurant is great but for prices, you expect food to be better. Mastros is a much better experience & food is superior. Service was excellent however. Asked if any occasions being celebrated & we were celebrating a promotion and waiter brought free dessert with candle. Nice touch. Again, for the area, Balthaire probably has best ambience but I don't see why food cannot be better for prices being charged. Typical LA thing.

I took my 94 year old Mom for brunch… I’d only been to Baltaire for dinner. At first, I thought I walked into a bachelorette’s party by accident because the tables were full of women. As my eyes adjusted I noticed a few men sprinkled about. Neither here nor there, just an observation. Jack, our server, was wonderful and my Mom thought he was very handsome (she’s 94 but not blind)! The brunch menu was diverse and, for the most part, quite yummy. A few items come out automatically, salmon with various toppings, mini Bellini’s and cream, three different hummus like dips with veggies, and a couple other things I can’t remember. I ordered the filet Benedict and my Mom ordered the lobster omelet. The omelet was very very yellow so I think they only used the yolks, not sure, and it came with fried potato balls. It was good, not “knock your socks off” good but okay. I ordered my steak medium but it was still moo-ing a bit so I brought it home so that I can cook it a bit more and have it for dinner. All in all it was a nice experience but I prefer having dinner here.

Perfect brunch. No notes. Our server was incredibly helpful and attentive. Be sure to get a cinnamon roll!
