   You need to serve more than mock tails for non alcoholic drinkers. How about some zero alcohol wine?

   Food was excellent. The lamb and barramundi were very good and the burgers looked delicious.

   Great selection of beers but food was a little slow to come out and I was a bit underwhelmed by the value of the meal I chose.

   Meals did not come out together . It was a long wait between meals, by the time one meals come out the other person had long finished. It took over 1hr to receive a pizza and after 1.5hrs we still hadn't received my 4 year old kids meal even after asking multiple times. One adult meal was given only a spoon!, as they had apparently ran out of forks but also didn't provide a knife. At the start I ask one of the workers to clean the table as it has rubbish and dirty from previous people, the lady never came back and I had to clean it myself. It's a great atmosphere outside for the kids but such poor service and completely disorganised. servers they were dismissive and rude.

   Great food, staff were super friendly and live music was very enjoyable. The jumping castle was a huge bonus for the kids to enjoy. First time here and we’ll definitely be back!

   We decided to book an appointment for 8pm on a Sunday and admittedly it was only an hour before at 7pm as we were swimming at the Orion lagoon. We arrived early at 7:55pm but were told the kitchen closes at 8pm and despite having a booking they could not service us. Normally it wouldn't bother me but we had kids with us and it was just a big waste of our time trying to find somewhere else that late at night especially with 2 young hungry boys. I would suggest you either remove the ability for people to book at 8pm on a Sunday or make an exception when people turn up 5 mins before the kitchen closes.

   Long time between each person getting meals and one person had to go and ask where their salad was to be told it wasn't on the docket. They ended up getting the wrong salad but they were too hungry to send it back. This is the third or fourth time at Ballistic and this was the first time this has happened.

    Craft beers were great, highly recommend. However the food was not good at all. They even served wilted brown side salads. We left feeling sick after our dinner. Definitely better food at the other pubs in Springfield.
