If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    Our fabulous servers were Marren and Lo. They were on top of it and explained everything very well. The minute half a glass of water was consumed, they were there refilling it! We love Baldamar for the service but the brunch was amazing as well.

    Baldamar is a great dining experience. The steaks are top-tier and it lived up to the hype. Highly recommend for a fancier night out.

    Going to Baldamar is such an enjoyable dining experience! From the ambience of the restaurant to the outstanding service and the amazing food. We try to frequent as often as we can. Thank you to the mgmt team for treating your staff well as that is passed on to your guests and to the behind the scenes kitchen staff/chefs… holy moly do you put out delicious food!!

    Presentation of all of our appetizers and entrees was picture perfect. Taste was wonderful. The Sea Bass was perfectly cooked and the roasted artichoke hearts were a real treat. It is always worth my 16 mile drive to enjoy my meal at Baldamar.

    Absolutely the best! Food awesome and our server was the best. And that is a high compliment since we have never had a less than stellar server.

    What a wonderful experience. It was our first time there. The food and drinks were amazing as well as the service. We’ll be going back for sure. Great place for special occasions.
