If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions.     We had a special occasion to celebrate. Our server recommended several cocktails (which were delicious) and made sure we were taken care of all evening.

    We had Amanda as a wait person and she was the most patient and friendly person I had ever encountered at Baldamar! Our food was delicious and our surprised dessert a great finale! Always a treat to celebrate Christmas Ladies Lunch Out there!

    The food was fabulous. Our waitress was attentive but not overly so. We shared several dishes with another couple and chatted the night away. Everything was delicious.

    Such beautiful ambiance and great food as per usual. The glass of Josh cab and hand painted chocolates was such a fun touch.

    Our server was Timo. He was attentive and pleasant to talk to. This was my first time here, and he was very helpful. He asked what my name was since I was there for my birthday. The food options are great!

    The Sunday brunch menu has delicious food and we enjoyed particularly enjoyed the pasta bar (love the lobster scampi). Staff were very attentive to our requests and overall service was excellent. We look forward to dining at Baldamar again very soon!
