If you're going to take your name from a badass like the patron saint of blacksmiths, you better be able to back it up. Baldamar marks the turning point where we usher in the new standard for style, service and steak. It means the menu’s made with old-world craft at its core and modern day meat eaters in mind — with flavors forged in fire and folded into pure primal perfection. It’s where every steak is aged 40 days and 40 nights for a taste of biblical proportion, and where crazy-fresh seafood means it was caught during your morning commute. At the bar sits every spirit imaginable, and someone who isn’t afraid to use them. This is more than a new steakhouse. It’s a line in the sand. It’s not just where you celebrate special occasions. It’s where you create them.

    This was our first visit to Baldamar. Excellent food and service! The ambiance was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to answer questions. The manager also stopped by and talked with us for a while. We were celebrating anniversaries with another couple and at the end of the meal our server brought us two deserts "on the house". Great experience!

    Very hard to hear each other at times. Food was delicious. Our waitress was fabulous and it occurred to me that it was because of her our dining experience was especially wonderful!

    Went here for my birthday dinner with my family. The table was decorated for my birthday and honestly i felt so special. It was amazing. The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding. Will definitely be back.

    Amazing service. Our server Mason was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was very very tasty and served on time. The vibe there is on point perfect for either a fun time drinking or a decent chill meal

    We had a $100 Visa gift card so made reservations at Baldamar to celebrate 20 years of marriage. Staff / server were very accommodating. We ordered mushrooms/onions for our steaks but only one steak came with it, so it went back to be added; we shared an order of mashed potatoes. For dessert, we asked for carrot cake, they didn't have it but they were adding it in October. I always have a brandy alexander, made with ice cream, for dessert .. they didn't have a blender .. WHAT? Guess blended drinks are only offered on the rocks at Baldamar. That's another story. My husband ordered a brandy manhattan, the receipt showed a price for the brandy, a $5 charge for "Manhattan", and a $5 charge for ROCKS .. seriously, you charge people for ice in a drink????? To top it off, they would not accept the $100 Visa gift card; I believe the server said something about it affecting the tip!!!!! For our anniversary, we got a nice card with an offer for $15 off our next visit, which will barely pay for one drink .. I doubt we will go back .. the food / atmosphere / service was good but being charged for ice and not being able to use a VISA gift card is unbelieveable.

    We had another great dining experience at Baldamar! They never disappoint. From the warm welcome at the front desk to our attentive server, we were treated like valued guests. The food and beverages were top notch as usual. One of our all-time favorites.
