Considering how busy it was for a holiday and numerous activities in town, the amount of time to be seated with short staff, attentive food served quickly. Impressive.

Excellent service and food. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The speed of service was excellent.

Always a great experience at Bakersfield! The pineapple margaritas were perfect! The empanadas tasty and the tacos always great. If you are going ask for Jason. Very friendly and attentive server! We keep going back for a reason! This place never disappoints!

My family and I had a great meal and experience for our first time at Bakersfield. Our waitress was wonderful; she was personable and attentive! Food was delicious especially the Chile Relleno!

The food quality in my opinion is not as good as in years past. Fresh fish and shrimp have now been replaced with fried.

Bakersfield is ALWAYS a winner. The food is excellent and portioned well, and the pineapple marg is outstanding!

The pickled vegetables on the tacos were incredible but the carnitas was dried out. The guacamole had no favor other than avocado. Others enjoyed their tacos more.

Very much enjoyed the dinner at Bakersfield with my party of 6. Had their classic margarita and that was excellent. I would definitely order that again. Had some appetizers of guacamole and chips with 3 salsas. The guac was pretty good. Of the salsas I liked the smokey, spicey salsa. That was very good. The other two salsas were ok but for my tastes all three salsas could have been a thicker consistency. Greatly enjoyed the 3 different tacos I ordered. I am pretty certain the rest of my party also very much enjoyed their tacos. No dessert options. But overall food was quite good. Greatly appreciated the service. Friendly, helpful, did well in checking back with us. Did not have us feeling rushed which was good as all of us were both new to the restaurant and half of us did not know the rest of the group so we were just getting acquainted when we first sat down at our table. Ambience was fine. Bakerfield is a casual place. Was a little on the loud side for me but I would say the noise level was pretty typical for most restaurants. I would recommend Bakersfield to a friend and next time I am in Pittsburgh I will go back.

Reservation meant nothing. All the walk in were seated first even though we were 20 min early.
