This was our third time dining with you, hoping for an improved experience. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that left us disappointed again. From the moment we were seated, the service felt rushed. The main courses were brought out before we had even finished our appetizers, which disrupted the flow of the meal. Additionally, our server accidentally knocked over a nearly full glass of octopus ceviche, spilling it onto the table, which was not handled adequately. While the food itself was good, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Unfortunately, this has solidified our decision not to recommend your restaurant to others. I hope you find this feedback helpful in improving both the quality of service and the dining experience for future guests.

We had a choice of tables and decided to sit outside. The hostess was very attentive and welcoming. The waiters were knowledgeable and friendly. Our appetizers were the Bosc Pear Salad, which is always amazing. The table next to us were so impressed they asked to know what it was to try on their next visit! The Burratta and prosciutto were equally delicious. New York Strip and the Rib eye we ordered were grilled to perfection. The only issue to report was the condition of the bathroom, which was very dirty. The restaurant was beautiful. However, my husband told one of the waitresses when he returned and had no apology or acknowledgment given that it would be addressed.

Always had a great experience. We had the grilled octopus as an appetizer. Cooked perfectly. Always a winner.

They didn’t have sparking water on a day like this holiday 12/24/24 Xmas eve and they also didn’t have another item we asked for

Food took forever to come out waitress was nowhere to be found, to order drinks after Food came out, she didn't check on us once I had to ask for her multiple times. Food was good service not so much

Restaurant has great ambience. However, the service was poor for that level of a restaurant. Rarely checked on us. Food was ok but disappointing. Ordered the mussels as an appetizer. Unfortunately, about 8 of the mussels were unopened/undercooked. Wife ordered a medium fillet. It came to the table mooing. It was completely uncooked inside. Very disappointing in the overall experience.
