We did not have a good experience tonight at Baires. The server was very inexperienced and many things went wrong this evening. The server took 10 minutes to greet the table, she did not fill the water glasses or refill the drinks. When we asked for a refill of drinks she brought the wrong wine to the table. We had to go to the bar and have them correct the order. The food took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive at the table and was missing items. We asked for the manager and he came to table at the very end with a free desert as an apology. As far as rating the experience, I would not even give it one star. I will not be returning to this restaurant, the experience was awful.

The greeter could have been more pleasant and welcoming. I did not receive the same warm welcome as the other guests. We had reservations at 7:45, and we arrived at 7:37. She purposely made us wait until 7:45 before she handed menus to the other young lady to seat us. While we were waiting, I noticed how pleasant she was to all the arriving and departing guests. She kept her head down as we were leaving the restaurant, intentionally not giving us the same farewell as she gave to other guests. Our servers were EXCELLENT!

Meal was excellent. Service by Alejandro was impeccable. Pretty noisy though on Valentine’s Day. Would return on a non holiday.

We come here at least once or twice a month as Weston residents and typically had a good experience. However, do NOT come here on a holiday. We went in for Valentines Day and they gave us the "holiday" menu. As someone who has been to this restaurant many times, I can tell they jacked prices up on everything 20-25%! I even joked with the server about it and he said it was "management" decision. What an absolute insult to try and take advantage of a busier day especially for residents that come here often.
