FRENCH MEDITERRANEAN DINING IN THE HEART OF DUBAI'S FAIRMONT HOTEL

It’s the story of two French entrepreneurs, Rémi Laba and Aymeric Clemente, who met in New York City in the early 2000’s and decided to join forces to open the first Bagatelle in the City. Drawing on their respective experiences in the hospitality industry, the duo imagined a place celebrating the South of France’s festive spirit, generous cuisine and friendly atmosphere. With the success of the first restaurant, Bagatelle quickly started exporting its concept worldwide and bringing the French joie de vivre to the planet’s chicest destinations.

So good, the best restaurant I’ve been to whilst visiting Dubai. The staff were really attentive, professional and even offered suggestions on what sides to have with the food I ordered. Music was great, live saxophone player was incredible. Aesthetic was beautiful also, will 100% come again.

Ambience is great. We has I think......steak tartar....not sure though. Terrible, one thing to be trendy, but make it good. Oysters ok Whole chicken was good. Service EXCELLENT

The hostess Sara so rude ! We supposed to be 3 , she gave us a table for 2 , everything was rude from her side . We said we be 3 , she ignored, been waiting 30 min for a table. Non from management gave a solution. Then I came to Sara and said we want to leave ( we ordered some food but it didn’t come to table yet ) , she said “-pay and leave “ . We finished our food in 5 min , paid and left ! No apologies, nothing good from her . This is unacceptable service!

Omg the worst restaurant i ve ever visited the service was horrible the waitress was pushing us to order like crazy when i told him we need some time as we were having some wine and talking he wasnt happy then he came back again asking if we want to order so we ordered then when the food arrived we start eating then every 5 min they came asking us if we are done !!! I asked him at the end if he is in hurry he said no i say does the table look like we are done he said no so i was like dont come back here please of we need something we will call. For the ambience there is no ambience as all the show u see in their pages on social media is made by their waitresses they were dacing and trying hard to make the place good i will absolutely never ho back there again 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

waiter service nit good..if the manager didnt interfer, the experience would have been the worst...

It was a horrible experience . I had a reservation at 10:30pm and they made me wait with my guests until 11:15pm by the door . And they let in people they know clearly ahead of us and the rest waiting for a table although we have a reservation ! Why do they take reservations in the first place if they can’t provide the service at the right time , delay is accepted and it’s normal specially on weekends but not for 45 minutes specially when it’s late because you won’t have any other options without pre booking a reservation . I cancelled and left by the door at 11:15pm and wouldn’t go back and will make sure that everyone knows about this so they won’t get their plans ruined with their guests on a Saturday night .
