Service was extremely slow and when addressed with the manager he was completely disrespectful.

The food is excellent. Fun, lively ambiance and we. Had an excellent server. The only downside is the restaurant is run by 20 something’s who are inexperienced and poorly trained. The restrooms were not maintained and the front desk was a total disaster. They were trying but they were not experienced or hospitable.

Not worth it. Great design but everything from wait ( with a reservation), service, drinks, and food was sub par.

The wedge salad, lemon cheesecake dessert, garlic babka and filet were very good. The truffle Cacio e Pepe was okay. Not the right choice for me at this restaurant. Very bland. The server, Moe, was excellent.

Ruined our anniversary night. Everything went well in beginning. The service was good, we had food and just got a desert. Then my wife suddenly fell ill and asked me to accompany her to the bathroom. 15 min later we found that our table is occupied by other people and our belongings are moved to the host desk. Desert is thrown out. We just paid and left. Never had a worser experience.

I was expecting more from Bad Roman. Food was okay, nothing special. Tried a variety of dishes across the menu and nothing stood out as outstanding. Maybe the lemon cheesecake dessert was the most interesting item. The cost was NYC pricing but at that price very good restaurants do much better. The dining service was solid. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. Service fell apart trying to exit. The coat check turned into a 15-minute wait to get my coat and bag as the individual manning the coat room could not find many bags and coats of a small group leaving just ahead of me. There seemed to be no organization and the individual was overwhelmed. The restaurant was crowded with incoming guest waiting at the entrance. Overall the restaurant was just more scene than substance.

Not fantastic from the start. Hostess rude and not smart. Strange crowd. Food is decent - some good dishes, others average. Bartenders were nice and very accommodating which is the only reason service gets 2 stars vs 1.

Delicious food in a really lively environment. Highlights are the babka, the rock shrimp pasta and the lemon dessert they are famous for.

Went with a larger group for a birthday dinner and it was perfect. Incredible food. Fun vibe. Highly recommend
