Chef Franck Bacquet of Lille, France is a veteran in the kitchen. Along with his wife, Michele, they invite you into their home to enjoy their favorite European dishes in this warm and inviting atmosphere. What they have created is a complete dining experience, reminiscent of being in Paris. Enjoy fine art and even finer cuisine, served by the most professional service staff that could exist in America. Have a Chef or Michele browse the wine library and select a bottle or glass to accompany your meal. Bacquet's serves an entire experience, so much more than just a meal.

    Enjoy a 2-course lunch Tuesday-Friday 11am-2pm. Chef will prepare a special daily entrée, plus choose our soup du jour or house salade with shallot balsamic vinaigrette. The daily entrée is not announced in advance, but you can bet it will be delicious! Beverage, dessert, and gratuity NOT included. Additionally: The full lunch menu is also available with lunch ranging from our soup du jour and salade for $14, up to Salade Niçoise for $24 or our dinner portion of Salmon Champenoise for $44.     Chef Franck has created a fun and festive menu to help you ring in the new year. Starting at 4pm, come in to be greeted with a complimentary glass of Charles Mignon Champagne and then select an option for each of your 4 courses. Music by the Ashley Rose Quartet starts at 6pm. If you'd like to surprise your guest with a chilled bottle of true Champagne at your table, we've selected two of our favorites that you can reserve in advance. Email menus@bacquets.com for the complete menu. Other wine, beer, and non-alcohol beverage selections available for purchase by the bottle or glass. The prix fixe dinner starts at 4pm. Corkage fee for outside bottles of wine is $40. Allergies and dietary restrict. may be accommodated with advance notice.

    We were greeted at check in and my coat was hung up for me, then shown to our table by a friendly and cheerful staff member. Once seated we received prompt and friendly service and were offered to taste wines that we were interested in ordering. The food was presented beautifully with generous proportions and was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent and the server was knowledgable. It was costly, but we knew that going in. Overall a satisfying and pleasant experience.

    Great food and service. The French onion soup Was amazing. The salmon was delicious. Nice place to celebrate an anniversary.

    Lamb rack and Duck were outstanding and perfectly paired with a Burgundy as always. Pork/Shrimp dish sauce was too spicy and overwhelmed the Burgundy. My mistake as the menu mentioned it was spicy. Best place in the valley in my opinion but I won’t try the pork dish again unless Franck changes it which I expect he will once he hears. Perhaps because Franck wasn’t there? The French onion soup was to die for as always.

    Mark, You are so, so correct! Franck was out of the kitchen that day due to an injury. We had gotten feedback after service that the Pork & Gambas was being prepared with far too much Creole seasoning. We did full kitchen training the next morning.
