Backwoods Bar and Kitchen at Greystone Mountain offers a fresh take on country classics. We're aware with classics come high expectations. We carefully tailored them and took advantage of farms and purveyors in our backyard. We use our custom built smoker and signature recipes to deliver a distinctly Backwoods flair to our BBQ options. Join us on our deck and patio overlooking Greystone Mountain Golf Club and enjoy BBQ the way it's meant to be!

Was not informed about the specials before ordering. Food was not hot and the drinks were not cold. Beautiful scenery, but would not return.

This was our first time here. The food and ambience were great. The service was slow but we were told they only had one bartender. It took 10 minutes for a wine refill.

From start to finish, everything was excellent! Our apps included shrimp skewers, clams, and fried pickles. Dinners of salmon and the pork chop were flavored and cooked perfectly! We can’t wait to go back!

Aged ribeye was the weekend special…..outstanding. Family was all about the new summer menu. Highly recommend.

We always want to love this place. Has a great vibe and such a beautiful setting. With that being said, parking lot is rough because there are golf carts everywhere. Servers are always overwhelmed or too rushed to even stop to acknowledge you asking for something. They are always short on silverware, glassware, etc. Menu does not match what is posted on website (actual website, not open table or FB). And they are constantly out of menu items. There was live music and the guy was fantastic but the sound was so loud we couldn’t even converse at our tiny table. Want to love it, food is fine, drinks so so, but still needs work.

The buffet for Mothers day was excellent. The prime rib was perfect and delicious! Our server, Amy was amazing!

For the cost of the mothers day brunch it should have been more. The eggs were under cooked, the waffles were over cooked. No juices were included. There were no pastries or desserts. No breads or bagels. Our waitress was not around at all. It was not a pleasant visit. We probably won't be back.
