Street Food is just one street away from Mooloolaba Beach so be sure to swing by for a drink, a share-plate, or

options, available until late.
We offer a choice of outdoor street-tables or indoor bench-style shared seating. Bookings are preferred, but not

We enjoyed a Sunday catch up with friends. Food was lovely, fast to the table and service was great.

Booked a table for 12 on a Thursday night for a birthday celebration, service from staff was excellent, very helpful when I had to add an extra person and accommodating when we brought our own birthday cake. Food was brought out fast and the variety of dishes, fish tacos, bao buns, prawns, dumplings etc that we selected were great. The sea scallops were a nice size, plump and tender, everyone had a great time and would come again. To top it off we had the churros for dessert. It was a nice and quiet spot with inside and outside seating. Thanks to all the staff at Backlane Bar & street food for an enjoyable night.

Amazing tapas. We have been back a few times now as the food is great. I booked for standard table and added a message requesting a high chair as we have a baby. When we arrived there was no standard table available even though we had booked. We did have to sit outside the front of the restaurant.

My wife's cocktail was excellent. My beer was cold but unfortunately something went wrong in the kitchen. 2 years ago we had a 5 star experience here ,& were so looking forward to returning one day. However the prawns were overcooked & tough. The salt & pepper calamari was overpowered by dragon sauce as were the pork belly tacos. The mussels in the suggested were raw & unpalatable. I don't enjoy giving unfavourable reviews but our meal was quite expensive & we left very unsatisfied. On a good note the service was good & pleasant.
