Avec son décor détaillé, l'extérieur est aussi à l'intérieur chez Back Deck: éclairage dans le style d'un chariot rustique, salle à manger aux murs de briques vernissées, et une cuisine ouverte qui vous invite à observer le plaisir enflammé. Our server and service were top-tier, as was the food. The chairs were mildly uncomfortable, though if I were a restaurateur in a prime location like that I’d want to turn tables over as quickly as possible so it makes sense to not let customers get too comfortable. Windows opening onto the street created nice ambiance except when it got loud outside. Overall a four-star experience. I’ll be back.

We always love going to Back Deck before heading to the theater! Excellent efficient and friendly service and great variety to meet all dietary needs! This visit we were especially grateful for the service as we were running late for our reservation due to an unexpected traffic issue and they easily accommodated us with moving our reservation out …we were still able to enjoy a nice delicious dinner and relax with plenty of time to get to our show, thanks to their efficient waitstaff. Kudos to the hostess and waitstaff and kitchen staff! Thank you !!!! The pulled pork tacos and chick pea burger were yummy as always!!!!

Not only was the food excellent and the service prompt. When we left something behind, the manager even came to the opera house to deliver it to us

The host that supposedly checked us in didn’t know what he was doing and was NOT courteous or friendly. Definitely should NOT be in that position! The food was great and our waitress was fabulous!

Great location around the corner from the Opera House. Meal was great (I had the meatloaf - very good) and the Smores dessert was fabulous!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my time here was ridiculous. It started off ok, we arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and we were sat immediately. We were seated at a two top next to a wall with rock/tree decor and there were gnats or fruit flies flying about. out waiter took our order, a plain cheeseburger, just cheese well done and the mushroom bacon burger, medium. My daughter and I sat and sat. We did get our drinks but nothing after that. Finally after 30 minutes our waiter was like wait you haven’t gotten your food yet? He went to check and came back 5-10 minutes later asking for our orders again. Apparently the kitchen never got them. He did apologize, but did nothing more than refill our drinks and offer to bring the check since we were going to a show. Finally, after 45 minutes our food came out. My daughter’s plain burger had all the toppings on it and my burger was well done with two slabs of bacon thrown on top. The steak fries were over cooked and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time. Our check was brought to us wi5 no compensation. No I didn’t speak up because after sitting amongst the gnats for an hour, we just wanted out of there and to get to our show.

We had reserved a table at the rear of the restaurant so that it would be quieter. We arrived early, and were seated immediately, but were told a table was not available in the rear. We offered to wait and was told that there would not be one available. Additionally, the server was good, at best, and seemed very harried,
