My daughter & I had a lovely lunch catchup on Wednesday the 29th January after a successful morning mooching around Liverpool…….our server was very polite & friendly our food was delicious served quickly ….a relaxing dining experience busy but not noisy which is perfect for conversation

Speedy and efficient service with excellent food. I could not fault it. Especially good value with the January offer.

I eat at least once a week excellent service staff so lovely I think the food is very good and great value

We weren’t disappointed with our meal and experience here. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. What also helped was the theatre discount on the pizzas!! The only thing we had to get used to was the two different types of music playing from Bacino restaurant and then from the flannels store but by the time we were talking loud etc we got used to it

lovely food and great service , however it is in the Flannels store so be aware of this before you book as it does spoil the ambience .

Love coming here en route to the theatre . Staff are always lovely and the food is amazing

Restaurant part of flannels store in Liverpool city centre We have been a few times We had sea bass and fries. Very nice We thought service was not up to standard . Didn't ask if we enjoyed the food. Didn't clear dishes and didn't come up to ask if we wanted desserts. That customer care needs to be improved.
