This was our fourth visit to the restaurant. We had some friends in town and looked forward to bringing them here for a great experience. Unfortunately it seemed the restaurant was having a bad night. They weren’t very busy but the hostess offered us two table choices in the path of all the foot traffic. Service was poor from start to finish. The manager stopped by the table and when we pointed out their shortcomings she turned around and walked away. Many tables were unhappy. Food came out sporadically. Wine was poured in water glasses. The music was too loud for conversation. We’re hoping this was just an off night for them.

It was my first time at Baciami. I was told the food was great and it was. The only negative comment - we had an 8 pm reservation. We checked in at 8 and the male host told me it would be 5 minutes before our table was ready. I felt he had a slight attitude, but whatever. At 8:10 I said to the person I was with, I don't know why we are waiting so long because there are so many empty tables. A woman (don't know if she were also a host or a server) overheard me and asked me if I wanted her to check on my table, which she did. We were seated at 8:15. I totally understand if a restaurant is busy and you need to wait, but that was not the case here - half the tables were empty. To me, good service is imperative to enjoy a restaurant. The guy in front could have set a bad tone for the evening, but thankfully he did not, as our server and the food made up for him.

The food was good, but they had this operation charge which was 3.5% of the bill. I have never seen that before and management would not take it off the bill.

Cara T. Was the waitress, she was amazing!! Waitress was excellent. Food was outstanding As always!! Very consistent quality of the food and great service.

service was attentive and thoughtful. scallops excellent. caesar salad was average...unfortunetly it was very loud. hard to hear conversation, at a 4 top! music was too loud....too bad because there is a great vibe without deafening overhead speakers

The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. The homemade ricotta cheesecake was outstanding. Big portions and great drinks. We are new to the area and will definitely be going back here regularly.

Everything was wonderful! The ambiance, music, friendly service at the bar and our table. Food was delicious and they have a nice happy hour too! Will definitely go back!!
