We’ve been going to Baci for years and every time we go, I find the experience is less and less. The menu has become quite small, my vegetables were raw, the portions have shrunk & the service was just ok. We no longer get bread & the cost has gone up.

I recently dined at Baci, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy ambiance. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations on both food and wine.

The experience was just good. The server was nice and sweet but seemed like one of her first serving jobs. The food was ok. Was thinking it would be more authentic Italian but was just pretty generic, food you would get at a chain restaurant. Overall it’s a good restaurant but no where near the best Italian I have had or in Hamilton.

Have been dining at Baci for over 8 years. Noticed a decline in menu selection and quality of food during that period. Unfortunate that the food selection and quality do not match the wine selection and quality. Wait staff are always above average. Value for money proposition is not longer satisfactory.

Nice place to visit if you are craving Italian food.. This is a Friendly upscale restaurant without being too expensive. Staff was quite helpful throughout. Will definitely visit again.

It was a very quiet Saturday evening. Service was great. We got a pizza and gnocchi pasta which was freshly made. Both were absolutely delicious!

Ordered a Caesar salad and pizza. Pizza was a delight, salad was okay. Not much dressing, bitter greens, and cardinal sin of leaving lettuce head core. Waitress was attentive and very pleasant.
