Bacari Sherman Oaks is a Venetian-inspired small plates restaurant featuring Mediterranean-influenced dishes by Chef Lior Hillel. We are the 6th restaurant of Kronfli Brothers, a family-owned, growing group of restaurants in the Los Angeles area. Alongside our delicious tapas, we offer a rotating curation of small-production wines and eclectic beers, unique craft cocktails & mocktails, and we are also known for our one-of-a-kind 90-minute open bar special.

Our team provides warm hospitality in our loungey indoor Parlour Room, our bright and airy Sunroom, or in one of our many comfortable outdoor patios, all marked with rustic mediterranean decor. You will feel like home when dining at Bacari Sherman Oaks.

We welcome but do not require reservations — we love to accommodate walk-ins and large parties, even on busy nights. Bacari Sherman Oaks is the go-to spot for our neighbors, and we look forward to hosting you soon!

This was my first time at the Sherman Oaks Bacari, and i can’t wait to go back. It’s so beautiful, inside and out. Stephanie, our server, was excellent. She explained dishes we asked about, was great with questions about veganizing a couple of dishes I was interested in. I got potato tacos without the cheese, by the way, and they were delicious! Two of my friends got salads and they shared fries; another friend got the vegan pizza and loved it. I got a glass of sangria and it really complemented the tacos. One of my friends got the sparkling sangria and enjoyed it, another got fresh pineapple juice and said it was really good. We all had a great time sitting in the covered area of the patio. There was a large group of people also in that section. They weren’t unduly loud, but acoustics being what they are, with a wall behind them and a roof above, that explains my rating for noise level. It was fine and we all had a lovely time. I’ll just know to ask for a different area if I want quiet. I highly recommend this place!

Such a great experience for a dinner with friends. The ambience, the food and the staff are just lovely. Be sure to make a reservation to sit outside. Definitely gives the Disneyland New Orleans St. feels.

The restaurant was FREEZING inside. All the people and tables around us all asked to be moved or for the air conditioning to be shut off multiple times. It made our dining experience very uncomfortable.

Great food that is inventive and delicious, less chaotic than Bacari Silverlake (less of a scene), and feels like you're a valued customer. Beautiful scenery for days that you want to sit outside. Great drinks. On-site valet parking. Loved every bit of it!

Ehhh. The one in Silverlake is better. Went there first and the Sherman Oaks location just didn’t hold up m comparison.

Excellent food and drinks. Some of the best tapas we’ve had. We loved the shrimp ceviche and the lamb hummus. The chocolate cake was a bit dry. But I wish they’d serve us diners at the bar like some of our favorite places in Barcelona (eg Cal Pep). For a twosome, eating at the bar is a better experience than at the typical tiny table where the conversations of the people sitting next to you is as loud or louder than the voice of your dining companion. If the restaurant served tapas at the bar this would be one of our favorites and we’d dine and drink there often. A special compliment to the manager who checked to make sure all was well with us.

A friend took me here for my birthday and it was lovely! We wanted to sit outside, but with temperatures around 110, it wasn't possible. It's too bad because the noise level inside did make conversation a bit difficult. The service was fantastic! About the food. We had 4 small plates: beet gnocchi which was a disappointment as it was gummy, fried chicken sliders which were fine, stuffed mushrooms which were very tasty, and the star of the show- the lamb hummus! I will go back just to eat that again. The flavors were unbelievable! I look forward to going back to sit outside and have the lamb hummus!
