Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.

To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. Any guest denied entry due to our dress code can be accommodated immediately or in the future after adhering to our attire guidelines.

We have never had a bad meal here. The menu is SO unique and the dishes are so appealing to the eye and full of flavor. Our most recent meal Kendyl H was our server and she was a delight. This restaurant really does magical dining so well too. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Bacan and we did the magical dining menu. Great choices and a good value. Our waiter Sebastian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the selections. Everyone working in the restaurant was very friendly. We will go again.

Absolutely loved our experience in Bacan. I love that they have the bar outside the restaurant so you can grab drinks while you wait for your table. We loved all of our food! We picked the Magical Dining and everything tasted amazing. I have tomato allergies and they were very careful and accommodating. One of my favorite drinks was the Passion Fruit Margarita and La Cantarita. For my appetizer I got the pork belly which was absolutely tender and delicious! My husband got the Tuna Tartare. For our main we got the Birria Short Rib and the Branzino. For dessert we got the Chocolate Tres Leches and La Morada. Last, but not least, our server -Courtney - was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely return again soon!

Everything was incredible! The service was top notch and were very attentive to food allergies. The food was outstanding and we would definitely eat here again. I had the Birria short ribs, which was very rich and flavorful. My husband had the crispy Florida snapper, which we both agreed was the better out of the 2.

We went for magical dining, and the experience was fantastic. The food was delicious. Service was great. I wish that the waiter table touched a little bit more often because we could’ve used refills on our water and potentially another drink for me. The churro was too doughy in the inside, but the chocolate tres leches was phenomenal.

Loved everything about this place and it has just become my favorite spot in Orlando. The atmosphere is upscale and modern. Service was outstanding , our waiter Jay was very knowledgeable warm and enhanced the dinner. We shared 4 appetizers, the scallops , pork belly, tuna crudo, and wagyu beef. All were very flavorful and delicious , the scallops and tuna are a must have. Mains we had the snapper, flambéed tableside and the dry aged carne asada, again both delicious. The tres leches topped off the best meal I have had this year.

Spectacular dining experience on Saturday evening. We were greeted by the assistant manager Samantha, she was so personable and engaging. The magical dining menu was delicious. We had the tuna crudo and the carne asada followed by the tres leches desert! The flavors of the carne asada was amazing and the tuna crudo was delicious. To finish the meal, you can get anything better than the Tres leches desert! Our server was excellent! She was so knowledgeable and friendly.
