EXCELLENT!! We truly enjoyed our meal and the restaurant was decorated so beautifully!! Prices were reasonable for NYC We will be going back.

We absolutely LOVED the Christmas Decor during Brunch. Food was delicious, service was great and ambiance was nice - excellent music selection. Special thanks to Joe, outstanding manager - he greeted us at the door and checked on us throughout the dining experience.

We had a reservation but were directed to seat ourselves at a table in the bar area. No one gave us menus or water when we sat down. Service was VERY slow, even after the place cleared out at 8 pm for the shows. We waited 20 minutes for our server to come to the table. We ordered drinks and waited another 20 minutes to get them. Another table sat down after us and were served beverages before us. After seeing how slow the service was, we decided to just order a couple of desserts, which were very small. The signature cream cake was just ok. 20% mandatory tip was added to the bill. There are many better dining options in the area.

We had a great time this Thurday for Ladies Day--one free entree with the order of an appetizer and alcoholic beverage. The bill was gentle. The food was very tasty; we really enjoyed the arancini app and swordfish main. The service was excellent. Our only complaint? The music was too loud!

Bacall’s is a wonderful restaurant from the time you make reservations until you leave. Everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming. Frosty’s during Christmastime is a festive experience not to miss.

Food was very good, and the service was outstanding. We were late and needed to get to a show, and everyone was very attentive to making that happen. Very helpful and friendly service staff. My only reservation is that it was quite a bit more noisy than I had expected. The ambience is more like a burger place than a fine dining restaurant, but the food was far superior.
