The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk in basis for groups of 1-14 guests. We do not accept general online bookings for the rooftop bar. A full bar meze menu is available to order from on the day. For parties of 15+ please enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au - minimum spends apply.

The only reservations accepted on this page are for prepaid experiences.
Every Saturday we offer Meze and Mimosa bookings at 11:00am which includes 1.5 hours of bottomless Mimosa's and chefs selection meze.
On Sundays we offer Sunday Meze and Mimosa bookings at 12:00pm which includes 1.5 hours of bottomless Mimosa's and chefs selection meze. The price to book this experience includes a 10% surcharge for Sunday bookings.

Reservations for the Restaurant inside can be made through Babylon RESTAURANT open table.

On Public Holidays a 15% surcharge and on Sundays a 10% surcharge apply to all food and beverage

Babylon Rooftop’s unique Turret creates a striking focal point making it a truly captivating setting for your event. Crafted from sandstone, the turret showcases exquisite hand-carved details and features a spacious marble table at its centre, perfectly suited for intimate gatherings of 6-8 guests. Reservations require a $50pp minimum spend which will go towards a prepaid bar tab for meze and beverages. Guests will be able to order from the bar, the bar does not offer table service. The table will be reserved for 4hrs and could be rebooked. Cancellations & date changes are accepted until 24hrs prior and a refund provided. Non-refundable transaction fees apply. Any unused minimum spend is non-refundable or transferable

We would have liked more attentive service to get some value from “bottomless mimosas”. Food and ambience were great though.

The live music was great. The food was nice and the cocktails were good. However the slow service is a let-down. We were there for 2 hours and only had one cocktail and some snacks. If the service was faster, we would have liked to have ordered another drink in that time.

Having a tab but not being able to have a group order through an app and ordering at the bar was more cumbersome than it needed to be. Traversing the premises multiple times with large drink trays as a patron was not anticipated.

Not very friendly staff. One of us had nut allergy and it wasn’t much help to get. They said the only had food with nuts

I want to lodge a formal complaint and seek a refund of money for this event. The social media advertising for this event specifically stated that there would be live music and DJs playing until the early hours of the New Year. What instead took place, was an understaffed venue informing me and my friends that we would need to leave at 9:45pm. Our entire New Years Eve was ruined and we had no place to go afterwards. To say I am disgusted by the false advertising and below average package (93 dollars per person, for a less than sufficient amount of food for 4 people, food did not come out for over an hour, service was terrible, music was terrible, no lighting outside, need i go on?) If an accurate picture had been painted of what this "event" would be, we would never have purchased tickets or come. This was deceptive, misleading and disappointing above all. Given we cannot go back in time and save our evening and our new years was ruined, we want a refund and I will be taking this further.

Booked for NYE. It was advertised as “open til late”, but upon arrival we were told they will be closing at 10pm and we had nowhere to go after we left. Also, the amount of food was not enough for 3 people. The couple on the table next to us had the same amount of food as us. The advertising waa very misleading. Waste of money!

I regret to express that my dining experience fell short of expectations. The food quality did not meet the anticipated standard, and the value for money in relation to the food served was not satisfactory. I believe there is room for improvement in both taste and cost-effectiveness.
