Food was terrific. Service was outstanding!! Waitress suggested a cocktail and a sushi roll we hadn't tried before and both are the wife's new favorites!

Had a wonderful birthday celebration, the receptionists even made me a little birthday sign. We have always loved Blue Sushi but really appreciate the staff and bartenders for helping us celebrate. The crying children and babies in the bar area was the only negative.

As usual, everything was great - my only comment is that the Tuna Tower, which we get every time we eat at Blue, was not as perfect as usual. The actual tuna was a little chewy and I have not experienced that before. Generally it just kind of melts in my mouth and this time it was chewy and I didn't prefer it like that.
