   Friend recommended it last minute and couldn’t have been better. The ambiance is lovely, the service impeccable and the chef has created lovely food that is displayed beautifully. A special gift of the chef was a starter of tasty ricotta polenta I believe; accompanied by a thin crisp of possibly a cheese wafer? We ordered the burrata with small drizzling of olive oil and caviar, the beef cheek ravioli and the broccoli rabe with a quartino of a light red wine, the etna rosso. Amazing food.

   We celebrated my husband's birthday and it was so special from the moment we arrived to dessert we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience. We started with the octopus and carpaccio, lasagna, ravioli and osso buco and ended with the olive oil cake. When we arrived we were given the choice of tables and our waiter was super attentive. I would recommend for a special occasion.

   Babbo is my number one restaurant in NYC! It is such a classy restaurant with top notch service and exquisite meals. It was any birthday celebrated there and there was no other place I would have wanted to celebrate. Joseph was our service and he was so accommodating. He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. It is an experience from entering Babbo until it’s time to leave. I can’t wait for another date night spend there.

   Babbo is truly an exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the manager at the door, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding table. The hospitality here is second to none. The food, as expected, was phenomenal—perfectly executed with bold yet balanced flavors. But what truly elevated our evening was the impeccable wine service. The sommelier was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing insights. Thank you.
