   Extremely slow service. Took 2 hours for salad and burgers.

   Our service and food were both outstanding. Appetizers were on point and burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. The milkshakes were the perfect ending to our dinner. Service was the best we had at the entire resort. Will return again and again!

   My husband, 3 small kids and I had 7:00 reservations on NYE. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated promptly and then waited... and waited... and waited. The restaurant was not crowded and servers were hanging out, chatting, walking around. After sitting for 15 mins we finally flagged down a server, he took our drink order but told us we would have to wait for our waitress to take the food order. After another 7 or so minutes we still didn’t have our drinks and yet to see our waitress. We finally had to ask the hostess to see a manager so she could take our food order. All and all the atmosphere was nice, the food was good, and we had a decent time, but be prepared for terrible, terrible service.
