Situé dans le bâtiment historique Dittman, les clients peuvent apprécier un souper élégant avec un menu offrant le meilleur bœuf du Texas et japonais Wagyu ainsi qu'un bœuf USDA Prime vieilli à sec pendant 28 jours et 55 jours. Let B&B Butchers take the work out of Thanksgiving Day! Guests have the option to order from a prix-fixe menu ($90/adult; $35/kid, ages 11 & under. Excludes tax, gratuity and drinks) plus the entire dinner menu, all day long! The prix-fixe menu includes three courses (appetizer, main and dessert) and family style side dishes. Reservations are required.

Took over 7 minutes for anyone to come take our drink order and that set the tone for overall bad service. Very unusually slow service.

I went in with high expectations, that unfortunately were not met. The hostess was great, initially we were inside and it was very cool and loud...they were very accommodating to move us outside where it was much more quiet and easier to talk. Most of the food was pretty good, to be fair, but by far the most disappointing was the bone-in ribeye. For a 22oz cut, there was a fraction of that as edible pieces. More hard pieces of fat that were more like a sale steak at HEB where you don't care because it's $7/lb...but for $75 it was underwhelming. It was not very tender either as the steak knife even took a little effort to cut through. It is nowhere near the level of Steak 48 for almost the same price, and frankly didn't even compare the last one I cooked at home. For a modest date for 2, it was just under a $300 meal (all in) with a little wine. Maybe the just grabbed a bad cut that day, or maybe the filets are a better option there, but based on our first visit, I am pretty surprised to see how highly rated it is for Houston standards.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Steak was phenomenal, nice variety of sides and delicious classic desserts such as crème brûlée. Great place for a special dinner!

Food was absolutely delicious service great they were helpful informative and kind food all came out in a timely manner truly great service. Only thing we didn’t like was the very small two person booth up against a wall. Felt very cramped. Other than that specific seating area everything was truly wonderful will definitely be returning!

This is the second time we go to this restaurant. We enjoyed the food. Everything is delicious and the waitstaff is very friendly and professional. Definitely going back.

Overall delicious food and great service. The classic filet was rich and cut like butter and the sear was perfection. The crusted tuna was a perfect rare. My only negative note is, if you tell me it is wasabi crusted then I want to taste the wasabi. I want that signature, nasal clearing burn along with the cool of the tuna. Otherwise a lovely dining experience.

We set up an Alter at an our table for Dia de Los Muertos Brunch & received very positive feedback from staff & especially Oscar. He took excellent care of us. Food was prompt & delicious.
