You will be led through an unforgettable evening by winery sales manager Lindsey Lasky. The 5-course dinner begins wish grilled octopus served with Truchard Vineyard Chardonnay. A second course of grilled garden salad is matched with EnRoute Pinot Noir, followed by braised lamb and polenta paired with State Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon. A fourth course of Wagyu tenderloin and barley risotto is served with Dogleg Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening ends with baked brie and prosciutto highlighted by Dolce late harvest wine.

This year we are sourcing even better wine pairings to elevate your experience. It will be a fun, educational evening as guests will indulge in our various cuts, working their way up to the holy grail – our A5 Certified Kobe Beef! Tickets are $375/person, excluding tax and 20% gratuity.
