Located in the heart of Fort Worth, B&B Butchers & Restaurant is a classic, upscale steakhouse with a traditional butcher shop specializing in high-quality meats and elevated customer service. Housed in The Shops at Clearfork, patrons can enjoy elegant dining paired with a menu boasting the finest Texas and Japanese Wagyu beef, as well as in-house 28-day and 55-day dry-aged USDA Prime beef – all hand cut in The Butcher Shop. B&B is now one of only 29 U.S. restaurants certified by the Kobe Beef Association in Japan, offering 100% authentic, A5 certified Kobe beef from 100% Tajima cattle.

This is the second time I had a horrible steak there. I ordered medium and it came out super rare and fatty. The server was nice and offered another steak and took it off the bill but the steak was inedible because it was so fatty.

Everything was very nice. We had a great lunch and lingered to talk for a while. The ambience was charming and comfortable.

For the first course, we ordered a crab cake to share, it was very tender and full of crabmeat, NO filler breads, we also had the carpet baggers... something has changed although still very good, but not as good as the last time we were there. We shared a wedge salad that was very good. The rosemary bread was not good, nothing that we would expect at a steakhouse for good bread, we will not order bread again. The veal chop was as big a a platter plate, when we asked the waitress how many ounces, she did not know, but she did say it would feed 2 people, (actually we took home over half of the chop, it really would feed 4 people with sides) that by far was my favorite of the night. The beef wellington, was very good and this also would feed more than one person. (I'm not a fan of sauce in general, however everyone else loved it) the wasabi crusted tuna was perfect, very tasty. This was a very great meal. However for the 4 of us this was a lot of food and we only had 3 entrees. We ordered not our usual meals, and enjoyed each meal. Definitely, will order the veal again! The complimentary cheese cake for my husband's birthday was very light and creamy, and a nice touch.

Such great food and the service was great too. We got the following to share for 4: the bacon with honey and blue cheese, a mix greens salad, the salmon and a stake. New fav place in Fort Worth!
