Azúcar, located in La Serena Villas, is dedicated to excellence. We serve modern contemporary cuisine to a 21 and over only crowd, focusing on flavor and utilizing high quality and local ingredients. In Downtown Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, our buzzy rooftop boasts some of the best views in the desert. Come share a toast over our popular Blood Orange Margaritas and stay for a meal that's as fabulous as Palm Springs itself.

Azúcar offers indoor, outdoor, poolside, and Weekend Rooftop Brunch . Reservations are strongly recommended, and while we will do our best to seat you in your requested section, we cannot guarantee it as it's based on availability.

Was so excited to take my friend who just flew in to visit. Waited a long time for food and drinks and after they were brought to the table we never saw our waiter again. Food was underwhelming and when we asked for another round and water they never brought it. After waiting for 30 min for the check we finally went to the bar and cashed out. We were asked how it was and was honest that it was disappointing. Great ambiance, poor food and service.

I've always considered Azucar to be one of the most special restaurants in Palm Springs. The pool-side setting is unmatched and provides a very romantic environment. Our experience this time was down a notch from previous times. Our server was overwhelmed with too many tables, and after our food was delivered she was busy taking care of them. It would have been nice to know the relatively expensive entrees had no sides (they included only the protein; no veggies or starch). We would have ordered something if we'd known, but by the time our food arrived three (and probably more) large tables were seated, and we never saw our server again until we had finished our meals. It was just an off night. Our server couldn't have been nicer, but at a critical moment she wasn't available. It happens.

My first time ever writing a review, but I had to. A few things I can complain about, but the one thing I’ll mention is the fact that I ordered the HALF a chicken and when it arrived, it only had a quarter of a chicken on the plate and when I brought it up to our server, he mentioned “oh I forgot to tell you that we adjusted the menu” without offering up any substitution for the fact that I thought I was getting a half a chicken and only receives a tiny quarter piece for $45! If you are giving me half the amount on my plate that is listed on the menu, the price should be half the amount. To top it off, the piece of chicken was bone dry and overcooked. Went here for a celebration and it definitely wish we picked another restaurant.

First time here and had booked a reservation for a pool side view they come to tell me they dont have any and wanted seat me inside so I tell the employee that I reserved a poolside view, we got seat and felt very uncomfortable everyone was staring the waitress who attended us did a poor job never came back to us decided to go attend other people and pop there champagne or wine bottles for them we had to ask another waiter for our check, very overpriced with limited things on the menu and small portions for very mid food

Bad host interaction, did not get the seats we reserved, dirty table and chairs, bland bland bland food. Off the list.

The ambience was amazing. Hotel was gorgeous. Drinks were great. The service was very slow and the food was cold, not a great menu, and not worth the money.

Made a reservation for a bachelorette group of six and we were treated like royalty! The staff was amazing. They offered to take our photos, gave amazing recommendations for our time in the city, and provided friendly and outstanding service. This is a must in Palm Springs. I will definitely be back if I visit Palm Springs in the future!
