Azúcar, located in La Serena Villas, is dedicated to excellence. We serve modern contemporary cuisine to a 21 and over only crowd, focusing on flavor and utilizing high quality and local ingredients. In Downtown Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, our buzzy rooftop boasts some of the best views in the desert. Come share a toast over our popular Blood Orange Margaritas and stay for a meal that's as fabulous as Palm Springs itself.

Azúcar offers indoor, outdoor, poolside, and Weekend Rooftop Brunch . Reservations are strongly recommended, and while we will do our best to seat you in your requested section, we cannot guarantee it as it's based on availability.

We went for breakfast, place was empty. They don’t have many food options but what we ordered was very good. Chilaquiles were delicious.

Food was lacking major flavor. We were not treated with the same friendliness and top notch service as we experienced elsewhere in Palm Springs. Manager agreed and said they are working on it.

Beautiful location and nice staff. Don’t get the $$$$ Kale chicken Caesar Salad unless you wants cold mushy canned chicken.

My boyfriend and I were so disappointed in our dinner here. We made a reservation in advance to sit indoors with AC because it was 108° in Palm Springs & they sat us on the rooftop outside. The staff was okay, but there was a little passive aggressiveness at one point. The food was SO bad. We each got a different steak dish & they were NOT worth the amount of $$$ we paid. So dry, and either too much flavors clashing or no flavor at all. Our bill was $200 including tip for a small appetizer & two entrees. We will not be coming here ever again.

Very poorly managed, food could be a lot better & waiters don’t even ask if you need another drink after finishing the one you have and take forever to come check up on you.

The food is not good. Luckily we weren’t super hungry. We ordered a chicken Cesar. The chicken tasted like rubber and the dressing didn’t taste like Cesar. The salmon crudo was ok at best. The staff is kind and attentive. The ambiance is nice. I liked the decor. I would only recommend going here for drinks.

This was the third time to dine at azucar and will be the last. Third time was Not a charm. The menu was changed from times before and the old menu was still posted on open table and was nothing like the new one. Please update to the new menu in open table. The food was pedestrian and one of my parties chicken with mole blanco was merely a white cream sauce and was not all the well seasoned and was tough being overfried. My ceasars salad was mostly kale and had little to resemble a traditional ceasars salad. The only meal that was passable was the salmon. The cocktails were the only saving grace in the meal. All in all not a meal worth the cost of the dinner.

We have gone to Azucar for years; it WAS fantastic. Interesting food, lovely ambiance, nice and friendly service. Now there is a new owner/ management - it was terrible. Food was aweful!!!!nobody there- it’s basically dead. Service was ok but this place lost all of its allure. Not going back , as locals a sad development
