Azhar Kitchen + Bar is a neighbourhood gathering place for soulful Eastern Mediterranean & Middle East inspired food and drink — hand-made and fire-cooked. Interesting and ever-changing wine list, seasonal cocktails, a warm ambiance and local ingredients are just a few things that accentuate the experience.

Important Dining Information
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please message us or give us a call if you are running late.

Your table will be reserved for 1h45m hours for parties of up to 2, 2 hours for parties of 3-6, and 2.5 hours for parties of 7 and above starting from the time of the booked reservation.

Important Waitlist Information
After being notified your table is ready, you will have 5 minutes to confirm via SMS. Once a confirmation has been received on our end, the table will be held for an additional 10 minutes.

Join us from 4-6pm Tuesday to Friday, 10-11pm Friday and Saturday evenings, and 3-5pm Saturday and Sunday afternoons for our Happy Hour offerings! Enjoy a selection of $10 dips + spritzers, a selection of small plates, half off select wine bottles and $5 canned beers.

For groups of 7, 8, or 9 we offer a specially curated Chef's Family Style Menu. A multi course dinner designed for everyone at the table to be able to share in our most decadent dishes and come together to enjoy the flavours of the Mediterranean. The Menu is set at $75 per person, and is a 4 course meal, consisting of mezze and dips, salads, skewers and large format, and dessert! A cancellation fee of $300 applies within 24 hours of the booking time.

Extremely loud ambience, it was very difficult to chat or have a conversation. We booked the happy hour option on Opentable but that was not honoured. Waitress was great but drinks came after appetizer.

"Tasty food with small but satisfying portions. I celebrated my birthday here with my girlfriend and a friend. After our meal, I politely inquired if they did anything special for birthdays, as many restaurants do when they get to know it’s your special day. Instead of a straightforward response, the server smirked and gave me a thumbs-up, saying, ‘This is what I can give you for your birthday.' While the food was delicious and the overall service good, this unnecessary attitude left a sour impression. A simple 'We don’t do birthday specials' would have sufficed. Sadly, this experience makes me think twice about returning."

Food was 11/10 but the portions were small other than that amazing Get ready to spend $$$ if you wanna get full lol

The food was fantastic. Cozy place where my wife and I were able to hold a conversation, and the noise level allowed us to understand each other and kept our conversation private from the next table. Amazing cocktails. Probably the best neggroni I've had, and I've had them all over the world. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food in a very. Ice interior and great ambiance. Our server was super friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend in Ossington area.

Delicious food! Set menu due to size of party but the choices were many and the food was a plenty. The entire parties enjoyed it which made me very happy. Thanks for a lovely time.

I’ve come to azhar a few times now and the vibes are always great. Always top notch food and service and would always recommend! We had the hummus, halloumi, arugula salad, scallops, and mushrooms and they were all incredible
