Best restaurant we’ve been to in Aruba. Innovative menu, fresh ingredients and excellent quality. Try and sit inside as their outdoor seating is not really outside and very warm. My husband had a rum smoked old fashioned and it was exceptional. The shrimp and octopus apps were amazing as was the short rib entree. We highly recommend this restaurant

My Favorite part of the meal was the bread with the garlic and oil dip. Also loved the chicken croquet appetizers. However. I felt portion of Chilean sea bass was small and was over sauced a bit. Otherwise an enjoyable meal. Thank you

It was an exceptional experience. You must try the Holy water cocktail 🍹 The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern style and cozy charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

The food was very tasty, but the portion of fries could have been larger. The ambiance was modern and beautiful, though a bit noisy. The service during dinner was excellent—our waitress was polite and attentive. However, the transition to the bar for cocktails didn’t go smoothly. We were told seats were taken but noticed they remained empty, and we were moved to the patio tables. Better communication between staff could help avoid similar issues in the future.

I loved how knowledgeable our waiter was his name was Corey and the chicken was incredible I also had the branzino which was great maybe the restaurant was busy (Justin baldoni was there that night) but we were there for like 31/2 hours so I felt it took kind of long to be served and the bill to be brought but when on vacation being on island time is fine just something of note if you wanna eat and get going. bill was pretty pricey but again expected on the island and I did eat 2 entrees 2 apps and dessert lol. The crudo was phenomenal and so was the picanha.

We have dined at Azar in the past, but this time the experience was unsatisfactory. It took a long time for the cocktails to arrive at our table. Our waitress came over as soon as the drinks were served and asked for our order. She did not tell us about any of the specials that were offered. Our appetizer of roasted feta was tasty, as was my entree of a cowboy pork chop, and the sides of corn and carrots that we ordered. HOWEVER, my wife's lamb chops, which she ordered medium rare, were totally undercooked. The outside was seared, but the inside was very rare. It took a long time to get anyone's attention. Our waitress did not stop by the table, finally a manager came over and said they would cook them some more. When the lamb chops were returned to the table, my wife now had to wait for utensils. The broccolini that was served with the lamb chops were now totally overcooked. The lamb was tough to cut and chew, the only reason my wife ate it was because she was hungry and didn't want to wait for a different dish. At this point, I was almost finished with my entree. When the waitress finally came over to check on us, my wife commented that the lamb was not to her liking. The waitress then became hostile, telling my wife that "you ordered medium rare." The fact that the lamb was rare didn't seem to matter to her. The waitress made no attempt to apologize or be empathetic. She was belligerent. I asked for the check and we left the restaurant.

Liz, our server was excellent! I had the DUROC COWBOY PORK CHOP I will order it again. It was the best I have had.

Delicious steak, branzino. The service was impeccable and the Stand out was the coconut caramel desert will be thinking about it for a while. Thanks to our waiter for the suggestion!
