    Our cullen skink tasted not really impressive, but apparently they did not have enough for the two bowls we ordered. After bringing the first one, we had to wait for the second bowl, which appeared a few minutes later, filled up / stuffed with potato pieces, about 30% of the volume. Unacceptable. For the main course we ordered a sirloin steak, which was ok, and a chicken burger, which was delivered almost cold. Again, unacceptable. Finally, they did not serve decaf coffee. In other words, we had a disappointing evening, mainly due to the poor kitchen performance.

    Team are efficient and personable, food came quickly and was of good quality. Prices were reasonable too.

    Found this place by chance and so glad we did. The service was excellent impeccable from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome and the team who looked after us were very attentive. The food we ordered was lovely . I had the highland stovie and it tasted amazing . When it came to puds we weren’t sure what to order and the young lady who was serving us recommended the irn but cheese cake that was very nice and we really enjoyed it . Overall a little gem in the centre of Inverness which is highly recommend

    Ordered drinks and sat and watched them sit at the bar while wait staff talked to each other and we finally had to ask for them. Then food was past sad. Langoustines barely cooked and cold and steak pie was so burnt I stabbed with my fork and it wouldn’t make a dent- dry. Then daughter found piece of plastic in her Mac and cheese. These are not hard dishes people! Just an awful experience all together! Left without eating a bite and hungry.

    This was an amazing find in Inverness. They managed to accommodate a party of 7 efficiently and made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent and drinks reasonably priced. A true gem. I highly recommend!

    Lovely restaurant, with very friendly and attentive staff. All the food we ordered was first class, good choice, nice portion sizes and really good quality. Local produce cooked well. Decor of the restaurant is fun but very well done. Cannot recommend enough and can’t wait to be back!!

    My husband had the venison sausages and absolutely loved them. Our server was very friendly. We told several of our tour members about it too
