A fresh, modern sushi experience in the Bellaire Triangle featuring innovative Japanese cuisine from reknowned chef Yoshi Katsuyama.

Guests can expect to enjoy fresh fish daily in a vairety of nigiri, maki, and sashimi preparations alongside traditional Japanese favorites from the kitchen. Aya features an innovative cocktail program, as well as an extensive selection of wine, sake, and Japanese whisky.

For the full Aya experience, enjoy chef's multi-course omakase option alongside hand-selected pairings including sake and wine.

Best sushi spot in Houston no questions asked! Chef is an experience every sushi consumer needs to experience! Leslie is an incredibly sweet manager and the servers always treat me with such amazing service!

I went in to Aya Sushi on a Wednesday evening to pick up something quick to take home. When I went inside the place took my breath away and I was delighted with a delightful hostess, Ashley. The staff here are not only engaging, full of joy to be of assistance to you, but they are very knowledgable about the menu. I was so swept off my feet I stayed at the bar to eat my food instead. The bar tender, Eric, offered for me to taste some varieties of sake that I had never imagined and I was swooned with the olive tasting sake. The impression of the place was so palatable that I decided to come back in the same week to celebrate with my aunt and her husband on her new job. We were treated with the utmost care and consideration! The food was extraordinary and the service was a rare gem. The bar tender, Eric, was delightful and even offered our table a tasting of a very nice red wine with a buttery finish. Thanks Eric! As a surprise at the end of our meal, the waiter brought us a complimentary celebration desert! Thank you staff and chefs for making the night special! The levels of details, consideration in demeanor from the staff, and the excellent food are all worth raving about!!!

First time at this sushi place and definitely fighting with very good places Service was outstanding however almost all the nigiri was very similar in taste and some a little just plain I have to say the cocktails and rest of the food was really good. A little on the expensive side

This place is wildly underrated. Chefs treatment of citrus and fish is so careful and always on point. It’s certainly not cheap but it’s worth every penny. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, the GM offered wonderful Sake knowledge and recommendations, every bite was delicious, and the timing of the courses was perfect. My two favorites were the Thai tea smoked tuna belly and the striped fish sashimi with pickled wasabi. 10/10 across the board.

Aya Sushi far exceeded my expectations. The interior is absolutely beautiful. We were welcomed and served straight away. We began with their happy hour small plates. Every single one was creative, fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional and we even received a complimentary apple pie as we were celebrating a birthday. It was affordable, unique and overall a 10/10 experience. Will be coming back!
