The absolute worst place you can have a calm lunch or dinner. They blast music and no way you can communicate with your party or even the waiter. Stupid ideology for a restaurant to play music like your at a club at 1pm and the waiter can’t even hear your order. Our party of 8 was ignored the entire time. Very likely bc they already add their tip plus a 4% surcharge. Always had to ask for stuff more than once and if you were a table of all girls vs family… guess who they paid attention to first. This place is an entire bait and switch.

Booking was very simple and very accommodating. Upon arrival the host called to confirm the reservation was still in place. We were seated right away customer service was excellent. The host was amazing along with service. My complaint is that the prices listed on the website/online menu are not honored at the restaurant. I requested a manager was advised he (Pepe) was not there was then directed to speak with the bar manager, which did not honor the prices listed on the website / online menu.

My reservation was at 5 pm and I was seated on time. We didn’t get out drinks or food order taken for 20 mins . The food wasn’t served until 6-6:15pm. Only 1 server for the whole restaurant. .

First time there with my wife it was amazing we had reservations. We got there early and they just took us in. That’s good customer service.
