Taking good food back to basics, the new Avoca Fodder restaurant will centre around deliciously simple, quality fare cooked to perfection. In keeping with Avoca’s well-established dedication to and passion for Irish food provenance, the menu will focus on seasonal and local ingredients, hand-prepared with care and attention by the team of talented chefs. Fodder will serve breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. Offering something for every occasion and at any time of day, Fodder will serve as the perfect spot for morning business meetings, brunch and cocktails with friends.

Staff were lovely. Food wasn’t great. My hot chocolate was like a warm milk. I sent it back and it came back even more tasteless.

A brunch meet up with former colleague and friend. Great location, friendly and welcoming service l. Dined on the terrace and the food was excellent. Definitely be back.

The restaurant had more staff than customers but nobody came by to check on us and we had to find the waitress so that we could pay

Had a lovely lunch with my mum in the outdoor space as I had my dog. They brought some water out for him which was welcomed. We had crab salad then the chicken burger which were both delicious. Will definitely be back.

Really lovely experience. Food was amazing including the vegan option which was well thought out and absolutely delicious. Big shout out to all the wait staff who looked after us. They were so friendly, helpful and efficient. Well done! We’ll be back

Excellent breakfast with wonderfully attentive but chilled staff. We loved the nod to Taylor Swift with the breakfast/ brunch menu. Food was outstanding- the best buttermilk pancakes and the French brioche toast was to die for. My dining partner said the full Irish breakfast was sensational. Staff were super helpful trying to get us a cab on a wet day when they were hard to book. Thanks we will definitely be back!
