Recently renovated, enjoy ample space to host your event in a completely private space upstairs. The space includes a full-service bar, elevator, and private restrooms. Great menu selections, drinks were really good, our server's recommendations were good and all items came out appropriately and at proper serving temperatures. The octopus and calamari were very tender and well seasoned as were the Greek salad, saganaki, lamb shoulder, chicken gyros and chicken riganati. We would definitely return!

Delicious food. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Chicken souvlaki was very tasty.

The lamb chops were undercooked and over-charred, which I didn’t enjoy. Additionally, the server seemed rushed and accidentally spilled drinks on our clothes. Fortunately, none of my colleagues were soaked, but it could have made returning to the office difficult with sticky, wet clothes. On a positive note, the ambiance was pleasant, and the rest of the food was excellent.

Generally, everything we ate was exceptional. Our waiter, Bobby M was great and had an excellent command of the menu, as well as a warm and thoughtful demeanor. What stood out were the octopus, cherry tomato, and pearl onion appetizer, the shrimp Katafi with spicy mayonnaise, the beat, walnut, and feta salad, and the delicious crispy and unctuous spanakopita. Among the mezze dips, the melitzanosalata and tzatziki. I found the hummus to be wan...and only wished that taramasalata was available. Maybe, I am too "olde skool" based on the youthful clientele. To their credit were avidly supporting a good find in town...yet, they brought the decibel level to mimic a metal concert, for me ruining the ambiance and tainting my appreciation of the truly delicious food, and tasty wine. If I return, I need to sit inside, all the way outside or come early. I am not ancient, and dine nationally in all types of restaurants having been a professional chef for 30 years, yet, I want to be able to hear my dining partner, and whatever discussion I need to have with the service staff. Alas, looking at the decor with all of its hard surfaces this challenge shows little chance for remediation. Go for the food, and bring earplugs!

Love this place for brunch and lunch! Really tasty food, different options than your standard restaurant which was great for variety. All the staff were lovely. Highly recommend the Greek omelette, saganaki and filo shrimp.

Had limited vegetarian options but whatever i ordered the taste was perfect, the only problem was its too noisy to talk to our own guests.

A neighborhood gem. If you’re looking for modern Mediterranean in a very casual setting, go to this place.it might be a bit challenging to have a conversation in the main room however we sat by the bar area and it was pleasant

I had been to this restaurant once with a friend and enjoyed it. This time I went with a group - there were 8 of us. It was a beautiful night to sit on their patio. Avli has an energetic vibe which was great for conversation around the table. My spicy margaritas were perfect. I had the lamb chops which were delicious! Last time I had the broiled branzino, which I loved too and a couple of my friends enjoyed it this time around. We shared several small plates: meatballs, octopus, dolma, zucchini chips, and Greek fries. We loved it all! The service was great! we had a birthday at the table and our server came out with two pieces of cake (enough for the whole table to taste) and sparklers. It was a great night!
