We had a good time for our anniversary. Slow to get drinks. Food was great. Loud both inside and outside. Would have appreciated not having to pay $5 for a bread basket. Inside is small. Not a lot of room.

superior food, best I've had in a long time. The bartender was exceptional as well. I would return here anytime.

We really enjoyed our time at Avani. The staff was friendly and prompt but never a nuisance. Our food arrived hot and on time. And, it tasted great. The menu selections and specials were a pleasant surprise.

My husband is vegan and the chef prepared an amazing dish off menu. Waitress was lovely and our water glasses were never empty. Staff is very attentive. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have eaten regularly all around the Portland area for forty plus years and have finally met what we both agree is our favorite restaurant. The food and service were quite simply perfect from the wine to the fresh, delicious salads; to the Pork Spinalis with chimichurri sauce; to the panna cotta with fresh fruit. ALL perfectly done!

This was our first time trying Avanti’s after so many people have told us about It. Food was good but was VERY disappointed that at 6pm when they open at 4OPM that they were out of the Braised Ribs which is why we went there. Crab cakes were wonderful. Was my birthday so was very bummed they did not have what we went for.
